AXIOM is a product operated by MNA Research, LLC. This FAQ summarizes how the product works. The AXIOM Terms of Service and Disclaimers control if there is any conflict.

General

What is AXIOM?

AXIOM is a quantitative options-market analytics platform operated by MNA Research, LLC.

It processes licensed market data and presents proprietary analytics through a web dashboard, including Greek-based exposure analytics, implied-volatility and open-interest structure, model-generated levels, historical review tools, and estimated flow or positioning analytics.

Is AXIOM a trading signal service?

AXIOM is an analytics and modeling product, not an investment-advisory or trade-execution service.

AXIOM may use analytical terms such as "signal," "alert," "bullish," "bearish," "support," "resistance," "wall," "flip," "target," "reversal," "pin," "pressure," "level," or "zone."

These are descriptive quantitative or model-derived labels. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, enter, exit, or hold a financial instrument.

What you do with AXIOM's information is entirely your decision.

See the AXIOM Disclaimers.

Who operates AXIOM?

AXIOM is a product operated by MNA Research, LLC.

Your subscription and contractual relationship are with MNA Research, LLC.

What symbols does AXIOM cover?

AXIOM currently covers the symbols displayed inside the Service.

Symbol coverage may change as products, packages, licensing, or data availability change.

Do not rely on marketing copy that lists a symbol unless it is currently available in your subscribed package.

Data and Methodology

Where does AXIOM's data come from?

AXIOM receives market data under commercial arrangements with a licensed third-party market-data provider.

Depending on the product and feature, this may include options, equity, index, quote, trade, open-interest, or other market information.

AXIOM then uses its own proprietary calculations, models, assumptions, classifications, and visualizations to generate analytical outputs.

Is the market data licensed for display on AXIOM?

Yes. MNA Research uses commercial market-data arrangements that permit the licensed data to be used and displayed through the AXIOM dashboard subject to the terms of those arrangements.

Underlying third-party market data remains subject to the rights of the applicable exchanges, data vendors, and licensors.

Are AXIOM's Greek exposure values reported directly by an exchange?

No.

The underlying market data may come from licensed exchange-originated or vendor-supplied sources, but AXIOM's gamma, charm, vanna, delta, exposure, wall, flip, pressure, and similar analytics are calculated or derived by AXIOM.

They depend on AXIOM's methodology and assumptions.

Another platform may calculate different values from the same or similar source data.

Does AXIOM know actual dealer or market-maker positions?

Not necessarily.

Where AXIOM displays dealer, participant, hedging, aggressor-side, flow, or positioning analytics, those outputs may be estimates or inferences based on available market data and AXIOM's methodology.

The available market data does not necessarily identify a participant's ultimate beneficial owner, complete inventory, hedge requirement, or subjective intent.

Accordingly, these analytics can be wrong and should not be treated as confirmed dealer positions.

Are AXIOM's levels predictions?

No.

Model-generated levels such as gamma walls, flip levels, neutral levels, pressure zones, support/resistance areas, pins, magnets, targets, clusters, or similar outputs are analytical calculations.

They do not mean price will:

A model-generated level can move, disappear, be crossed without reaction, or fail entirely to correspond with future market behavior.

Why can AXIOM's values differ from my broker or another analytics platform?

Different providers may use different:

Because of these differences, two platforms can show different Greek, exposure, volatility, flow, or level values without either platform necessarily using the same methodology.

How real-time is AXIOM?

AXIOM is designed to provide timely market analytics using licensed market-data inputs, but we do not guarantee a specific latency, refresh interval, or uptime.

Data and calculations can be delayed or temporarily unavailable because of exchange, vendor, internet, cloud, application, or other technical conditions.

Always verify executable prices through your broker before trading.

Can the dashboard show stale or frozen values?

Yes.

A market-data value, chart, model level, timestamp, or analytical output can remain visible even if an upstream feed, network connection, calculation process, browser session, or other part of the system has stopped updating.

A value can therefore appear normal while actually being stale, frozen, delayed, or incomplete.

This can be especially important during overnight, extended-hours, pre-market, after-hours, holiday, maintenance, or low-liquidity periods.

Do not assume a value is current merely because it is displayed or appears to be moving.

Is the SPX or underlying/index price guaranteed to be current?

No.

Underlying and index values displayed by AXIOM are obtained from licensed market-data sources and displayed as available.

They may be delayed, stale, frozen, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by vendor or network conditions.

Before trading, verify current executable information through your broker or another appropriate exchange-authorized source.

Is AXIOM an execution platform?

No.

AXIOM does not route or execute your orders and is not intended to replace your broker's order-entry, market-status, or executable-quote systems.

Why do some historical values change after the fact?

Historical information may be revised because of:

Where AXIOM provides historical-review functionality, the historical values shown later may not always be identical to what appeared live at the original moment.

What is the historical scrubber?

Where available, AXIOM's scrubber allows users to review prior model states, levels, charts, market data, or analytical conditions.

The scrubber is a research and review feature.

It does not represent audited investment performance, a verified trading track record, or proof that a past model pattern will repeat.

Do past AXIOM patterns predict future results?

No.

Historical market reactions, model states, levels, alerts, or other past observations do not guarantee or predict future market behavior.

Markets can behave materially differently under different volatility, liquidity, macroeconomic, positioning, or event conditions.

Models and Analytical Outputs

What does "model-generated" mean?

It means an output was created using AXIOM's calculations, assumptions, data transformations, filters, classifications, or proprietary methodology rather than being reported directly by an exchange as that final analytical conclusion.

Are "bullish" and "bearish" labels recommendations?

No.

They describe how an AXIOM model classifies a quantitative condition.

They are not instructions to trade, are not personalized to you, and do not mean that the market will move in the labeled direction.

What does a gamma wall or flip level mean?

These are model-generated analytical concepts used to summarize options-market structure under AXIOM's methodology.

They are not physical barriers, guaranteed turning points, or promises of future price behavior.

Can an AXIOM model be wrong?

Yes.

Every model can be wrong.

Outputs depend on both input data and modeling assumptions, and markets contain information and behavior that no model can fully observe or predict.

Historical Data and Backtesting

Does AXIOM provide historical data?

AXIOM may provide historical information, replay, archive, scrubber, or historical lookback features depending on your package.

The actual lookback period is the period currently displayed for the relevant feature inside the Service.

Is historical AXIOM data a track record?

No, unless MNA Research expressly identifies a specific presentation as a verified performance record.

Historical analytics, model states, or price reactions are not equivalent to live audited trading results.

Are historical results guaranteed to repeat?

No.

Past results, model reactions, levels, or patterns are not guarantees of future performance.

Subscriptions and Billing

What is the difference between AXIOM packages?

AXIOM offers separate feature groups or packages currently marketed as AXIOM Terrain, AXIOM Current, and AXIOM Flow Core.

Terrain generally focuses on exposure-surface and structural analytics. Current adds estimated order-flow and positioning analytics. Flow Core adds real-time, tick-level tape detection and alerting on top of Current.

The features actually included in each package are those displayed at checkout and inside the Service at the time of your subscription.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, yes.

Your subscription renews at the recurring interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.

See the AXIOM Terms of Service.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes.

You can cancel future renewals using the cancellation method made available through AXIOM or by contacting support.

Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AXIOM provides licensed market data and digital analytics that are consumed as they are accessed, and MNA Research incurs market-data and infrastructure costs in providing the Service.

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, trading losses, or temporary service issues.

If the core paid Service experiences an extraordinary extended outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, MNA Research may, in its discretion, provide a credit, subscription extension, or refund.

See the AXIOM Terms of Service for the controlling policy.

What happens if a feature is temporarily unavailable?

Temporary feature outages, data delays, stale values, maintenance, vendor issues, and ordinary service interruptions do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

MNA Research may restore, repair, modify, replace, or discontinue a feature as described in the Terms of Service.

Data Use and Accounts

Can I share my AXIOM account?

No, unless your subscription or a written agreement expressly allows multiple authorized users.

Credentials and subscription entitlements may not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred.

Can I screenshot AXIOM?

Ordinary personal screenshots for your own internal reference are generally permitted unless a particular feature is marked otherwise.

You may not systematically capture, republish, redistribute, resell, or publicly operate a feed of AXIOM data or proprietary analytics without written authorization.

If you want to use AXIOM content commercially, contact us first.

Can I use AXIOM data in my own dashboard, bot, or service?

Not without a separate written agreement.

Your subscription does not grant the right to redistribute licensed market data, repackage Axiom Derived Analytics, or use AXIOM to operate another commercial dashboard, alerting service, bot, signal service, or competing product.

Can I scrape or automate data collection from AXIOM?

No, unless MNA Research has expressly provided a permitted API or written authorization for your use case.

Automated scraping, crawling, bulk extraction, and circumvention of access restrictions are prohibited by the Terms of Service.

Can I use AXIOM data to train an AI model?

Not without written permission from MNA Research.

AXIOM's Terms prohibit using licensed market data or proprietary Axiom analytics to train, fine-tune, or improve an external AI or machine-learning model unless MNA Research expressly authorizes it.

Important Reminder

AXIOM is an analytical tool.

Markets are uncertain, models can be wrong, data can be delayed or stale, and no level or model output guarantees a future result.

You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
